PLEASE NOTE: If you have a Maryland Medical Marijuana Card, you are ineligible to receive a Handgun Qualification License (HQL) in the State of Maryland. Please do not register for the course.

Cost: $195 per person (Does not include applicable range fees which are paid to directly to the range) *$25/hour drive time over 50 miles outside of Waldorf, Maryland.

Course Overview: Required 4 hour course for new purchasers of handguns in Maryland. Certain exceptions apply.
